Our guests can set off from right in front of the house, either on foot, or on the bus for free that takes you from just outside the house to the nearby ski lifts in 5 minutes.

Zum Ganzjahresschigebiet Hintertuxer Gletscher sind es nur 8 Km. Die Schibushaltestelle, Loipe sowie Geschäfte und einige Lokale sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Originally Zoldan house was a ruin of 1874. In 2013 it was completely renovated and expanded. It is located in the center of Culture next to the church of San Lorenzo and near Pedemontana street (SP29). The house has 5 residential units that overlook the large courtyard of the property delimited by the original walls where there are also 5 parking spaces, outdoor table with benches and brick barbecue available to all guests of the house.
