Our home is on the banks of the Chocolay River and just over 2 miles by car from Lake Superior. The city bike path can be accessed 1 mile down the road. Extensive hiking, mountain biking, snow biking and snowshoeing trails are about 10-15 minutes away. We have river kayaks, and depending on the water level and log jams, it is a 2 or 3 hour paddle downriver to either a take out spot or Lake Superior, depending on how far you’d like to go. We are located 12 minutes from downtown Marquette and 40 minutes from Munising and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. There are many year round outdoor activities. We like to fish, hike, ski and mountain bike, so we have space to store your bikes, rods and ski gear inside the garage during your stay. There is Wi-Fi available and a 65” 4K smart tv in the great room. The queen bedroom has plenty of closet space and a view of the river. The room with two twin beds has a dresser and hangars on the doors for clothes. The entire ground floor is yours, approximately 1,500 square feet with a beautiful view of the river and large windows in every room. It is very spacious and light. We reside upstairs but you have your own entrance into the house through the attached garage. There is ample parking for cars. There is also a separate entrance out of the garage into the back yard. You have access to the grill, fire pit and fire wood, picnic table, patio, yard games, lawn chairs, river and kayaks in the back yard. Please see our list of amenities for more information. Please be aware the kitchen space DOES NOT HAVE AN OVEN OR A STOVE. There is a microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot and coffee, creamer and sugar. There is a large gas grill with a side burner for your use. There is a pot and a pan available for your use with the side burner.

Newly built retro-mod apartment in a home with private entrance on 28 acres. Just a few miles from Marquette, enjoy all the loveliness of country living with quick access to amenities. Cross country skiing, snowmobiling and mountain biking right out the front door. Relax and unwind in the private sauna or the hot tub. 1/2 mile from the 123 acre Vielmetti Nature Reserve, 1/2 mile from the North Country Trail. Well behaved dogs welcome! Random Point is a quiet, isolated oasis on a private, 300 ft beach cove on Lake Superior with a trout pond and 10 wooded acres. Both rentals and the outdoor sauna have stunning views of the Lake. This enchanted location is 5 miles from downtown Mqt with easy access to the University, restaurants, shops, hiking & biking trails. Chocolay River Cabin

Small hand hewn log cabin on Chocolay River. Good fishing, approximately 5 miles from snowmobile and ORV trails. Full kitchen. 1 BR (Q), Full sofa sleeper and 1 bath. Outdoor electric sauna. A fire pit. Washer/dryer. Basic amenities. Full kitchen. There is WiFi but cell service can be very sketchy. Texting does seem to work ok. We do have a cell phone booster there but it still isn’t great. If you need to make a call you can drive about 1 mile out to US 41 and service is good.

Michigamme River Retreat

45' of river property facing the beautiful sunsets. Centrally located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula for magical day trips to Marquette, Munising, Copper Harbor, Iron Mountain, etc. Waterfalls, hiking, fire pit with firewood provided, sauna, computer and charging station, DVD player, dishwasher, coffee and staples provided. Cabin is located right in the town of Republic, within walking distance to a small store, bar, restaurant, Antique store (limited hours) and churches.

Casa eh Crossroads (with Cedar Barrel Sauna)

Casa eh Crossroad is minutes from Marquette with direct access to snowmobile/ ATV trails, 1 mile from MQT MTN ski/bike area and blueberry ridge for xc skiing. The deck is great for early morning coffee and the back yard fire pit and cedar barrel sauna for an evening wind down. The kitchen includes a new gas range for all your cooking or baking needs. More adults and children welcome with approval and 2 dog max or $100 fee over 2 animals ($150 if not declared). No cats.

Log Cabin with a View

Enjoy a peaceful stay in a small cedar log cabin nestled on thirty wooded acres overlooking Lake Superior. Located approximately 20 miles north from Marquette, the cabin is a short drive to Lake Independence and Lake Superior. In the winter, take advantage of the close proximity to snowmobile and cross-country ski trails. In the summer, enjoy hiking and leisurely beach days.
