The apartment is on the second floor (no lift access) of an early 20th century listed building and has high ceilings and a traditional Maltese timber balcony. The space consists of a fitted kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large master bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a bathroom with walk in shower.

The Grand Harbour Vista is a bright and airy apartment that frames a breath-taking view, on Malta's capital Valletta and one of the most historically significant harbours in the Mediterranean. Located very centrally in Senglea (Isla), one of the “3 Cities”, this 100 m2 apartment has two bedrooms with ensuite, each with either queen sized or two single beds. There is also a fold-down sofa bed suitable for a teenager or agile adult. Fully licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority (HPE/0638).

This is a private studio apartment with its own private elevated entrance (10 stairs). It is served with private shower, kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, breakfast table and air-conditioning. Forming part of the first floor in our house, it is designed to accommodate two guests for short let holidays. Walking distance from Marsascala's promenade, rocky beaches, 100 metres away from bus stops and basic amenities.
