Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

You can't adjust the thermostat, it's upstairs & set on 72. Explore our 1.5 wooded acres with pool swing set & fire pit. Watch the hummingbirds finches hawks & eagles! Guests love our king & queen beds, plush linens, 50"TV & stocked kitchen. Your comfort is my priority! Might allow a dog>40lbs, MUST be pre-approved & pet fee $40.

No dogs over 40 lbs. No cats. If you would like the bicycles let us know . If traveling with larger groups, check the adjoining Bear Cave for availability

Grand Rivers is located on Land Between the Lakes. Kentucky and/ or Barkley Lakes are great for fishing and recreation. There are hunting areas nearby as well. Grand Rivers is the home of the famous Patti’s restaurant. Uptown has unique shops and the Bagett theater for family entertainment all within walking distance. We have a huge yard with a fire pit to relax by, corn hole and hillbilly golf already set up. Plenty of room to park your boat.Grand Rivers has something for everyone.
