This recently renovated 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2-story house is located directly across the street from the famous Black Dog Tavern, right on the bustling year-round Vineyard Haven harbor. This property is no doubt one of the most unique residential properties on Martha’s Vineyard given its proximity to the harbor, ferry terminal, stores, restaurants, bike rentals, beaches & so much more. You will love it!

Gated 2br house with lots of different places to lounge and relax. Drive through the 10’ granite gate onto the shell driveway. The house is filled with art from local artist Alan Whiting, Colin Rule, Kara Taylor and Scott McDowell. There is so much to do and explore. The adventure is just starting so make sure to pack up your swimmers, suntan lotion and get out the door. Kick back and relax, you're home. An easy walk to town and beaches. Parking is available in our driveway. Enjoy our historic home!

This is the perfect place to unplug but does come equipped with everything you need, including wifi, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, linens, and bath towels for your stay. :)

No Car Needed-walk to ferry, town, beach & bus

Enjoy a beautiful space on a quiet road exactly 1 mile from Vineyard Haven town center. The home has 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds, 2 bathrooms and a large deck, yard, outdoor shower & Weber grill. Owen Little public beach is a 3 minute walk. Our home is also available to rent on a monthly basis. Please note that there is an apartment on the first floor with full time renters. The only shared space is the driveway.

This elegantly decorated beach cottage is one of our favorites. It provides all the amenities for a relaxing vacation. As your host we supply beach chairs, towels and umbrella, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower and entertaining space with a gas grill, WiFi, sheets and towels all within minutes of fabulous shopping, restaurants, and activities.
