Enjoy the resort style pool or reserve the 2-seater kayak (when available) provided for you to explore the waterway. Downtown restaurants & bars are walking distance & the white sugar sand beaches are 2 miles away!

Relax in this beautifully decorated 1BR/2BA condo at Waterscape Resort with 4th-floor views of the courtyard, heated pool, and partial beach/ocean views. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bath. Kids love the bunk beds with TVs. The unit also includes a sofa bed, stainless steel appliances, new flooring, in-unit washer/dryer, and beach chairs with an umbrella. Many repeat guests return for the bunk beds and resort amenities, including three pools, a waterfall, and a lazy river.

Spend some family time playing in the ocean. Newer house (2016) new furniture. Great place to gather family and friends. Beautiful Navarre beach less than 2 miles away. Two Bikes are provided for a quick bike ride across the bridge over the bay. Three new man-made reefs for snorkeling. Golfing is available at Hidden Creek golf course. We have three sets of golf clubs available. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking/biking distance. Deep discount available for January and February!

Perfectly placed for you to visit our Navarre Beach within a few minutes, also within an an hour or less you can visit Fort Walton Beach, Destin to the East and Orange Beach, Gulf Shores to the west. My wife and I own and live in the house, but the portion of the house we are using as Airbnb has a private house entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. As well as the use of a washing machine and dryer. We are 2 minutes from WalMart, 15 minutes from Okaloosa Island beaches, and 20 minutes from Destin. We have a coffee machine, microwave, propane grill, and mini fridge set up. We allow pets at a $50 additional charge and have a large fenced in back yard for them.
