You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. On the pier you may fish, lounge, launch your kayak, paddle board, etcetra. 10 - 20 minutes from the beaches, board walks, fine dining, boating, and more

Welcome to the Stokley Cottage! Completely renovated in 2023 this charming property still resonates the charm of a true historical beach cottage. Enjoy all the benefits of our Iconic location steps away from the Intracoastal Waterway, famous WB Drawbridge and of course the beach! Take a stroll to FishHouse Grill or Dockside for sunset cocktails or a waterfront lunch. Skip the parking fees, grab bikes and cruise over the bridge for a day on the beach then retreat back to your shady front porch!

The Cove

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. Eclectic Tiny Home Hot Tub Nights Poolside Morning

Note: There are 2 tiny homes on this property, Each tiny home has their own side yard with Private hot tub, but the back yard, with the pool, is shared with both tiny homes. Early Check in at 12pm May be available for an extra $35 Or Late check out at 12 for an extra $35 Please message me to see if thats availble. From November 1st to February 28th, Pool is just too cold to use, The cleaning routine changes from twice a week to once a month. But you can still enjoy the hot tub all year!

Recently renovated guest house on a quiet, coastal street. Enjoy a relaxing five minute walk to the intracoastal waterway at the end of the street or take a quick drive to Trails End Park. A convenient and tranquil location about 15-20 minutes to Carolina Beach or Wrightsville Beach. The neighborhood has a private water access that is perfect for launching kayaks or SUPs . The house comes with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. We are dog friendly but require a $70 pet fee per pet.

Ahoy!🏴🦜Welcome to Davy Jones' Loft! This private suite is detached on its own lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. The treehouse has a beautiful view of Hewlett's Inlet. This portion of the yard is fenced in for pets. There is a gas grill and firepit. The captain's quarters is a loft with a king bed. The berth includes a full pullout couch and twin bunk beds. Local restaurants are <1 mile away. Downtown and Wrightsville Beach are <15 min drive. Hidden treasure awaits!

The Solshack is a charming 2BD/ 1 BA coastal cottage 1.7 miles from Wrightsville Beach, UNCW and downtown Wilmington are also a quick drive. Cottage shares lush and private 1.5 acres with 2 other homes and has plenty of outdoor space and a deck for relaxing or bbq’ing. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. Sleeps 4 and the bathroom is accessed through a bedroom. Whether you’re vacationing or working in the area, this is a prime location and a soulful little retreat.

On the same property as the Carriage House and the Annex, everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. Walk to Greenfield Lake Amphitheater, drive 10 minutes to downtown, or reach Wrightsville and Carolina Beach in about 20 minutes.

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.
