All three bedrooms (located on the second floor) come with desks for dedicated workspace. AC in each bedroom and living room. Multiple parking spaces for cars and/or your boat. Fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee and pods, laundry. Large groups - ask about renting the 3rd floor (2 beds, 1 bath) w/ added charge.

Check in early to this quiet, updated, cozy 2-bedroom cottage that feels like a 2nd home! Well equipped for long stays 😁!! There is ample room to park your truck with a boat attached! It’s the color green. About 10 mins drive to the Eisenhower Visitor Center, Massena Airport, and the Nicandri Nature Center. 5 mins drive to local shopping centers and downtown Massena. About 11mins drive to the Robert Moses State Park, beach & boat launch! About 37 mins from SUNY Postdam. 15min to Canada.

8 min. from 401 & St Lawrence River, at Ingleside, pet friendly, secluded studio guesthouse, tranquil, safe location for those seeking a road break or destination traveler's seeking the St Lawrence and its environs. Sit by a fire, listen to wind and birds or watch the sky. $50 cleaning fee per pet through extra fee request if necessary before arrival. There is no reliable internet but good cell coverage available; the smart tv can tether to your own device and streaming service provider.

This is our home property, you may see children exploring with one collie, chickens free ranging and waking to a rooster. Ideal for fishermen who want the St. Lawrence River. We start pizza in Spring ‘24.

Our house is in town and close to diners, restaurants, library, the airport, golf course, parks, the Eisenhower locks, and for adults who enjoy gaming and/or bingo the Akwesasna Mohawk Casino Resort is 15 minutes down the road. Summer offers swimming, fishing tournaments and boating while winters have skiing, skating and snowmobiling. Our basement is finished and has a sitting area with a large screened TV. There is a bar, jukebox, table and booth set up, foos ball, and dart board.

This bright and airy upstairs apartment is charming and inviting. You’ll have everything you need for a lovely stay. Each room has a queen sized bed and there are 2 roll-away cots. Close to state trails, the Eisenhower Locks, Massena Intake boat launch, and only a few miles out of town. It sits on the Grasse River on a dead end road, and has plenty of room for boaters with a trailer.
