Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

The housing solution is recommended for guests arriving by car. I will personally welcome guests Tranquilla villetta con ampio giardino di pertinenza, in zona strategica per visitare la zona Flegrea, Cuma, Pozzuoli, Napoli, la Reggia di Caserta. La soluzione abitativa è consigliata agli ospiti automuniti. Sarò io personalmente a dare il benvenuto agli ospiti.

Il complesso Ville dei Lecci è un gioiello incastonato nella baia di San Francesco. La villa è interamente ristrutturata ed arredata nei minimi particolari. Dotata di terrazze panoramiche con vista sul mare e di piscina con effetto infinito, lascia sempre ed infallibilmente gli ospiti senza fiato! Gli ospiti potranno raggiungere il mare passeggiando per 5 minuti lungo una piacevole strada che conduce alla bellissima spiaggia di San Francesco, attrezzata da numerosi stabilimenti balneari.

Con questo alloggio in centro, la tua famiglia sarà vicina a tutto. Situato nel paese di Quarto in Campania ,vicinissimo alla città metropolitana di Napoli e al bellissimo borgo greco romano di Pozzuoli da cui è possibile raggiungere ,in breve tempo, le isole campane di Procida e Ischia . L'alloggio è a pochi passi dalla Circumflegrea che collega Quarto a Napoli e a Pozzuoli, ma l'ambiente è silenzioso. Ingresso indipendente con giardino attrezzato, parcheggio gratuito custodito .

Car is needed if you mind walking our private driveway 300 mt, a little uphill but with a wonderful view!
