Phaestias Terra is a complex of 3 brand new luxury villas Akalli, Xenodice n’ Phaedra, constructed in 2021. They have direct unobstructed view to the sea and the Cretan nature and offer complete privacy. Each villa has it’s own large garden, terrace and a private infinity pool that can be heated upon request. This calming home is designed specifically for two people to enjoy a sense of seclusion in a private and inspiring landscape of olive trees whilst being close to surrounding villages and amenities. For guests who are feeling energetic, the pool has a powerful jet that creates a strong current to swim against. The pool can be heated upon request. There is a separate office connected to the house which can be used for remote working or as a peaceful yoga studio.

One of the 3 restored apts of my family's residence (1895) with unobstructed sea views of the venetian port and marina. At walking distance from the residence you can visit historic sites of Rethymno (Rimondi fountain, mosques, old churches, Venetian houses), wander around the stone paved alleys of the old town, discover romantic cafes and the finest restaurants in town.

Great for walkers and animal lovers, this accommodation is part of a former "Kafenion", situated in the heart of a traditional Cretan village in the hills. Nearby is the pretty and bustling town of Spili, with its tavernas, shops, pharmacy, health centre and post office. Prices from €35 (spring and autumn) to €40 including a basic breakfast. The WiFi only works outside. Loving dogs and cats is essential, if you wish to stay here, as I have 4 dogs and several cats. . Having a car is essential.
