Relax and enjoy astounding glacier and mountain views from every window in Glacier View, Alaska. This is an authentic, spacious Alaskan log cabin built in 1973. The cabin has a full custom kitchen, full bath, and a private view of the Matanuska Glacier from inside the cabin or from the deck. Prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or dine at our local lodge across the road. The Glacier View Log Cabin sleeps up to 6 and has TV, wifi, and woodstove heat. This is a private location away from the hustle of Talkeetna yet only 10 minutes away. It sits in the woods that makes one appreciate the wilds of Alaska. Perched on a hill, it offers the full view of Denali and the valley below. There is a full kitchen for those that want to be self contained and also a covered deck to enjoy the outside while enjoying the view. It has a roomy shower and a queen bed. The area has trails that can take you to the river or just explore the woods of Alaska.
