At our home, the ocean is literally your backyard. Come and enjoy a stay in our small slice of paradise in the quaint Flagler beach area. Located on the north private beach section of Flagler Beach (Painters Hill), you can sit right in the backyard and experience ocean living with nothing obstructing your view. It's the perfect place for a family or a couple. Our spacious 2/2 with a full kitchen, living room and dinette will comfortably fit 4 Adults plus kids for a fun filled beach vacation.

Oceanview Home

My place is between Saint Augustine and Palm Coast. This is my second home and I am only here 3-5 days per month. It is located in a historical island called Summer Haven where Floridians have taken vacations for generations, not to mention is a great place for surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, etc. or if you just enjoy reading on the beach. The house is about 100 yards to the water and a very short walk to very quiet and private-like beach. Read Guidebook for more detail about the area.

Charlies Beach House is one large home made up of 3 individual units (Casa 1, Casa 2, Casa 3) You are reserving Casa 1. About Casa 1: A spacious 3/bed 2/bath that sleeps 6-7 people. 1 King bed and master bathroom. 1 Queen bed 2 twin beds Open space with Living and Dining room and a full Kitchen. Casa 1 is located on 2nd floor. We are less than 1 mile from Matanzas Inlet and beach and 2.5 miles from Marineland Beach. Beach chairs and cooler available, two bicycles available.
