Tiny Brickhouse in the Heart of Irosin

The Tiny Brickhouse was built in 2014 featuring an exterior brick façade, traditional Capiz sliding windows and old Yakal & Narra hardwood decor. In 2022, the space was remodeled to include modern amenities without compromising the old elements of the original design. With its close proximity with the major establishment around Irosin, the house was strategically designed as a comfortable retreat for guests visiting on business trip or families touring nearby springs, falls & beach resorts.

Tata Rock 4710. Brutalist-inspired Filipino home

Dagos tabi kamo sa Tata Rock 4710! The house draws inspiration from Brutalist architecture—its form and texture echoing the greyish-white sands of Buenavista Beach. Many of the pieces you’ll find here were lovingly repurposed from our grandparents’ ancestral homes and our family house in Pinontingan. In our effort to live more sustainably, we sourced most furnishings from local artisans, secondhand markets, surplus stores, and even junk shops, each item carrying its own story and charm.

The Brookside Cottage

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.This private vacation rental is located in 780sq. m. lot, bordered by a brook on one side, and rice fields on another side. It is 5 to 10 minutes drive away from the beaches along the coast of Sta. Magdalena, Sorsogon. It is easily accessible and it offers parking for guests. Birbeck Lodge is a self-contained mini resort comprising two accommodation buildings. This, a UK style luxury static caravan with a master double bedroom (en-suite toilet) and a twin room, main shower room with toilet, lounge and dining area. Also has a kitchen, balcony with table & chairs that looks over the garden, bar and swimming pool. If booking both accommodation buildings, guests get exclusive use of the whole resort.
