Accommodates 7 guests over 4 rooms and 1 bathroom. Option to add master suite and ensuite $200 extra per night to accommodate 9 . NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES. POLICE WILL BE CALLED BY NEIGHBOURS, IF NUMBER OF GUESTS IS NOT CORRECT AND IF NOISE LEVEL IS LOUD. Spa pool, BBQ over looking Lake Karapiro. Large kitchen. TV. Free wifi. A few host items will be in the house and kitchen. 40mins to the black water rafting in Waitomo Caves. 25mins from Hobbiton and the set of the lord of the rings.

Karapiro Lake View is an 8 year old modern 4 bedroom home overlooking the lake and the international Rowing course. Boat ramp and swimming 200 m away at the end of the street, and the rowing course and cafe are 5 minutes walk just the other side of the Karapiro dam. 2 canoes, paddles and lifejackets, sunny outdoor decks, BBQ and fantastic views make this a special place to relax. Also a concept 2 rowing machine, and 2 bicycles. 1.5 hrs from AKL Airport - perfect after an international flight

Beautiful 1 bedroom stand alone cottage that can sleep 4. A private oasis on a rural property surrounded by trees with views of rolling paddocks and farm animals. Full kitchen with all you need. Or a short drive to town will serve you with plenty of local eateries and takeaway options. One spacious bedroom with a queen bed and access to the deck. Living room couch (ECOSA) converts to a queen size bed. (Replaced Jan 2024) Linen provided. Secure, gated property. Uncovered parking on site.

Centrally located next to two large supermarkets, walk to the city centre, the Hamilton Lake, cafe's, Waikato Hospital, & WINTEC. Only a short drive to the Hamilton Gardens & University.

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer for your use.

The house is suitable to be used for a base to visit nearby bustling tourist attractions (e. g. Taupo, Rotorua, Waitomo, Hobbiton,Tauranga, Hamilton); and the house gives you a restful and relaxing home away from home. When a guest makes a booking I move out so in the pantry there are the basics which you are free to use.
