Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The McMinnville City Park, Aquatic Center and Library are just 2 blocks away. Owners live on the upper floor. Front entrance and front patio are exclusively for guests. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker(no stove-top or oven). Iron is available upon request.

Our loft sits atop our property shop detached from our main home, with its own entrance and private deck. Enjoy the back lawn in any season and the view at any time of the day.
