Independent, recently built wooden house, energy class A+, featuring 2 bedrooms (total 4 beds), equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and utensils. Living room with SAT TV, wood-burning fireplace, and sofa. Bathroom with shower, large balcony, outdoor garden with table, and one guaranteed parking space for car/motorbike. Final cleaning, bed and bath linen, utilities access to the heated infinity pool (seasonal) and Wi-Fi are included in the price.

Lo chalet dista dal centro della città circa 5 minuti percorrendo a piedi una strada in salita. Dispone anche di parcheggio per un'auto di piccole dimensioni.
