Excellent boating and fishing location on middle lake of Hamilton Chain of Lakes with access to 1st and 3rd lake. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets while watching loons, herons, eagles and ducks. The closest boat rental is Journey North in Florence WI; about 30 miles away. Bring your own boat/jet ski, use the public launch and park at your private dock (dock available mid-May until mid-September). 2 bedroom (3rd bed is pullout sofa/blowup mattress), 2 bath, 2 living areas, 2 decks, private dock/beach.

Arbor Cottage LOFT is nestled in the heart of the Village of Ephraim on the shores of Eagle Harbor. The "LOFT" is upstairs/attic of the original/historic cottage (circa 1853) and has been lovingly remodeled into a charming Scandi-inspired LOFT w/ its own private entrance. Some of the features are 2 full bathrooms, beautiful teak wood walls, spacious private front yard, a sandy beach, a fire pit, washer/dryer, free wifi, and the best sunrises you have ever seen. The Ford River boat launch site is 3.4 miles. Ice fishing is just a walk out onto the lake in the winter. Snowmobiling trails are near by as well.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place on Hamilton Lakes. Located about 10 miles from Iron Mountain. House has a wrap around deck, and a walkout basement to the lake. Included are 2 kayaks to use at your leisure. Boat ramp nearby. Please note the cottage sits on a well, so the water has an off smell so shouldn’t be used to drink! For our summer guests, also keep in mind there is no A/C. Please don’t hesitate to message with any additional questions/requests!
