Our simple, unique (octagonal) cottage is ready for you to enjoy as you take in the serenity of Lake Murray! Have a meal on the spacious deck, go swimming/fishing from the dock, or just relax and observe the many fish, turtles and birds that live in this quiet cove. Our boat is on one side of the dock, and you’re welcome to use the other side for yours. There is a public boat ramp less than a mile away. Siesta Cove is the next cove over and has a general store and gas pumps for your boat.

One SUITE Deal

The guest suite is located on the lower level of our tri-level home, with a private driveway, patio, and entrance. The queen bed and pull-out sofa sleep 4 guests comfortably. It is within 15 minutes of downtown, which is home to USC and the Colonial Life Arena. It is 10 minutes from Lake Murray, Riverbanks Zoo, shopping, movies, and great dining experiences. This suite is spacious and cozy. It's great for business travelers, traveling nurses, and small groups looking to enjoy local events.

10 Mile View on Lake Murray w/ Dock and Ramp

Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.

Mid-Century Modern Treehouse with no stairs to climb but walk across a bridge thru beautiful professionally landscaped gardens onto a spacious deck with a hot tub. Relax inside and curl up and watch a movie in front of the fireplace! You have parking next to a walkway located between the treehouse and gardens next to our home.

Restful Refuge is a renovated one-bedroom studio apartment that includes a full kitchen and full bath downstairs to our home. For your stay with us you will have a private entrance. We are located just minutes from Downtown Columbia but secluded in a small community on a pond. Our desire is to provide a place to help you unwind & rejuvenate during your time in Columbia. We hope you will find everything you need in our clean, comfortable basement suite. Just steps from beautiful Lake Murray and only 8 mins to Chapin with 3 great grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. We are @20 mins to Dreher Island State Park off Amicks Ferry Road.
