It's located on a quiet residential street in Mt. Baker, one of Seattle's oldest and diverse neighborhoods. Conveniently located just south of downtown and close to major freeways. A number of beautiful parks, vibrant neighborhoods and pristine Lake Washington are just a stones-throw away.

Our cottage sits above Lake Washington with a beautiful water view. A peaceful respite, yet so close to the city. You can barbeque on the deck and watch the boats go by as ospreys fish in the little marina just below. Walk or ride bikes along Lake Wa. Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

Sea Forever Beach Cottage

A relaxing 20-minute ferry trip from West Seattle or Water Taxi from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private cozy, Studio cottage with sweeping views of the Sound. Watch the ferries go by, relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, a forest hiking trail with sea and Mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minute walk from the cottage.

The entire east wall is floor-to-ceiling windows with views that peek through trees and show glimpses of Lake Washington. Sunrises can be enjoyed from bed, or experience total blackout with floor to ceiling vertical blinds. Cozy queen bed featuring an organic mattress with an Avocado topper and linens. What makes this place special is its fabulous location in Madison Park! You are a block to Lake Washington and it’s beaches and parks. Within a block, Madison Park has many shops and restaurants as well as free tennis courts. Our new upstairs addition is modern and well equipped with beautiful views of nature, easy access to buses and its own off street parking space.
