The second bedroom has room to sleep three featuring bottom bunk as double bed with a single on the upper level. Both bedrooms have vanity mirrors and built in wardrobes with coat hangers. The beautiful surf beach of Mermaid is practically on the doorstep. Along the way and almost as close are two premium eateries, Le Café Gourmand and Little Mermaid. A little further away is Bam Bam Bakehouse, with amazing pastries and coffee. Also conveniently located within walking distance Pacific Fair shopping centre and the Broadbeach shopping and dining precinct. A very short walk to the Gold Coast bus and light rail system! The 700 bus along the Gold Coast Highway offers direct transportation services to Coolangatta, Tugun, Currumbin, Burleigh Heads, Miami, Mermaid and the Broadbeach South station is in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The G:Link light rail, also located at the Broadbeach South station directly in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, will easily and quickly transport you to the most popular areas of Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and Southport. If you are travelling from Coolangatta Airport Mermaid 24 is about 25 minutes via Taxi/Uber or by Bus take Number 777 to the Mermaid Beach stop. A number of funky restaurants/cafes are only a short two minute walk or walk ten minutes either north or south to find one of our local surf clubs where you can enjoy a drink or a meal overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Your detached studio accommodation is located at the rear of the property with its own private lockable entry. It is renovated with a modern bathroom and mini kitchenette with all you need for your stay. The king size bed accommodates a couple or can be split for a twin share. Tea/coffee, towels and other small essentials included. The main residence is a restored original 1960's beach cottage. The private gated property is only a short stroll to patrolled surf beaches and Nobby Beach shops.
