Designed as a nod to my heritage, Skoghus ('forest house' in Norwegian) was crafted for relaxation, and reconnecting with nature. The treehouse sits in the centre of a Scottish Highland cattle farm, with pasture and forest in all directions. From the yard, you'll be able to observe and engage with the farm's cattle when they come by. Inside, you can disconnect and unwind, with luxury amenities. The dwelling is completely unique and provides a very special feeling while living in the trees.

Hitchings Hideaway

A cozy rustic log cabin in the Cascade Mountain community of Sunshine Valley. This little cabin will provide you with an escape from the city with its relaxing (private) hot tub & gas fireplace. *Pls note: Sunshine Valley is a neighborhood of cabins-we have neighbors on either side. Some people enjoy bringing ATV's to the area. You may hear these vehicles, particularly in the busier summer months and/or weekends. Westsyde is a lovely community with many family friendly amenities nearby. Centennial park is a 5 minute walk and includes walking trails, petting zoo, playground, splash pad, bike pump track, disc golf, and a dog park. Downtown Kamloops is just a short 15 minute drive. We are a busy family of 4 upstairs and would love to host you in our home!

The Treehouse Suite is attached to the main house. It is a totally separate and self-contained suite with a private entrance, private deck, full kitchen and laundry. You open the gate and step onto your private deck with an OMG view south of Lake Okanagan.
