The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

All linens provided, 50 inch TV with streaming cable and WIFI, HEPA Room Air Purifier, beach towels, chairs, umbrella and beach wagon too! Fenced in privacy garden patio area with dining table and chairs, washer and dryer available, dog friendly, off street front parking, self check-in with keypad and just steps to the beach!

The Riverside Bungalow

The Riverside Bungalow bungalow is located on 2 acres of historic land. Built in 1900 & originally known as the Kentucky Military Institute the buildings are over 124 years old. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.

Charming Cocoa Village Hideaway

Respectful guests come enjoy our beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of historic Cocoa Village. Our upper level studio apartment has been freshly painted and tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. We added a privacy wall between the living space and the queen bed, that gives a sense of multiple rooms. The couch pulls out to an additional queen bed. The apartment has a beautiful, privacy fenced courtyard and pool that is shared with the guests in the main house.

Cozy studio mother in law suite (attached to main house of residence). Private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, Ice cold A/C, king size bed as pictured. No shared spaces! Located across from the indian river lagoon house and 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Melbourne and the Beaches. Close enough even to bike! (Suggested Riverview dr. route pictured) Close to Harris, Raytheon, Collins aerospace. Apple TV box provided with YouTubetv live. Booking flexibility!

Private Space Coast Studio

Our home is in a quiet residential area which is a short drive away from I95 and US1. We’re minutes to the ocean, shopping, Kennedy Space Center, and Merritt Island National Wildlife Sanctuary. There are parks, nature trails, and the Indian River close by for outdoor lovers. Amazing launch views minutes away as well! We enjoy meeting new people and would love the opportunity to make your stay here on the Space Coast a memorable one!
