Bungalow a pochi passi dal mare (10 minuti a piedi) in un posto tranquillo in mezzo al verde, a meno di 2 km approdo acqueo con partenze per Venezia ogni 30 minuti . Il bungalow ed il suo arredamento sono datati ma è tutto decoroso, è composto da cucinetta attrezzata camera da letto e bagno con doccia ampia terrazza per mangiare fuori e posto auto scoperto adiacente. Unser neu erstelltes, voll klimatisiertes und komplett eingerichtetes Haus bietet Platz für 4 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Der Ort Rosolina ist ca. 8 km vom Meer entfernt. Im Aussenbereich hat es eine grosse Terrasse mit Sonnensegel, Lounge, Gasgrill, Liegemöglichkeiten, Pool mit 3.60 Durchmesser und Hollywoodschaukel. Mitbenutzung des kleinen Fitnessraum und Volleyball-/ Boccia-/ Federballfeld. Ein gedeckter, schattiger Carport befindet sich am Haus. Eigene Zufahrt zum Haus.

Recently renovated Bungalow 10 features a living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed for one person, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a loft with another small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. It also has a large private garden surrounding the bungalow.
