Sunrises over the backyard amongst the tree covered hills. The private accessory apartment, attached to the main home, includes one bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom, & porch. Witness the bustle of the active homestead. Relatively close to landmark casinos (Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun), hiking, the shoreline & historic sites.

First floor king bedroom suite in Ludington House, a historic home centrally located in the charming village of Old Lyme. Perfect for couples. Luxuriously appointed with California King bed, spacious kitchenette, bathroom and separate entrance. Private porch with view. Close to restaurants, beaches, art galleries and museum. Located in stunning historic mansion (location of film "Christmas at Pemberley Manor" 2018). Sorry - no pets, it will not work with our own pets. Guests must be 21 plus.

Quiet and private in-law suite. Located close to the center of Cheshire, convenient to Route 10, I-691, and Route 15. Near to grocery stores, great restaurants, and shopping centers. 15 minute drive to Toyota Oakdale Theater, 20 minute drive to Lake Compounce Amusement and Water Park, and 30 minute drive to Yale University, Museums, and downtown New Haven. A slightly longer drive will take you to to the beautiful shoreline, Hammonasset Beach State Park, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos!

Approximately 20 minutes from Foxwood Resort and Mohegan Sun casino. 10-12 minutes from Groton beach, and 8 minutes to Groton local airport. 10-12 minutes to the Naval Submarine base.

Our 1915 Arts & Crafts bungalow's spacious in-law suite offers driveway parking, private entrance, sunroom, king bedroom, en-suite bath, kitchenette w/fridge, micro, coffee maker, toaster. Relax in bed with 40" HDTV with Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Netflix, premium cable. Enjoy private gardens to sun, read a book or cup of coffee. Short drive to 4 Vineyards, Theater and the train station. I am not responsible for wifi.

**POOL CLOSES SEPTEMBER 30TH** **POOL opens last week of May** This is a guest house for 1 or 2 adults. Its separate from the main house. Kids are allowed but must bring own sleeping arrangements. You do NOT have to do any chores before checking out. **PETS NOT ALLOWED** I hate to do this but someone ruined it for everyone. Jitney stop is one block away!

Built in 1957, this home on a quiet residential street is a unique piece of modern architecture around a serene lake in suburban Connecticut. It is walkable from the nearby railway station, and it is close to West Haven's picturesque beaches, and a short drive from downtown New Haven.
