This 3 bed 2 bath 1600 sq ft cottage is on a 5 acre private land, one side borders the Sierra National Forest and is only a turn away from Highway 140. It has a spacious living area, dining, kitchen, laundry, a large viewing deck, a small library and a game room.

The cool refreshing Merced River is a 10-minute drive for swimming. The historic town of Mariposa is 15 minutes drive. We are an 8-acre ranch in the oak trees. The hillside is open above the house.
