We had a great stay here for the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. The bunk room was great for the girls and plenty of other bedrooms for the rest of the family.

The place was exactly like described in the listing. We did have issue with keypad checking in but the issue was resolved immediately. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This home is even better than the beautiful pictures! An amazing value for the luxury and amenities provided. The views of Lake Murray from almost every angle of the house were amazing. The decks and pool were perfect for relaxing and morning coffee. Every room was clean and well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. My family had the best Easter holiday in Luke’s home. Luke was incredibly kind and responsive. We will definitely consider staying here again.

We had a lovely stay at Elias’s home while helping out our son & his family’s 4th arrival. Beds were very comfortable. Location can’t be beat! Close to restaurants, retail stores lots of towels and very nice washer & dryer. House is located right next to access to the community trail (although we had no time to walk on it) would definitely rent again when visiting out son)!

Great accommodations. Super clean. Master bathroom and bedroom were better than expected. Great water temperature and good pressure, plus a forgot me pack in each bathroom. “q-tips and hygiene packs”. Lounge couch in the living room and nice kitchen. Washer and dryer worked great. Great price point and good location. Thanks for the stay!

When I say beautiful and comfortable I mean just that. Home away from home and I mean that. I travel for work so feeling at home is big to me. Stephanie was great and I would love to stay at her homes in every state if I could. Thanks for the stay and for being a great host.

Our family and friends stayed during Masters week and appreciated the quiet, relaxing location that was only about an hours drive to Augusta, GA. It made for a quick morning commute without much traffic and allowed us to hop on the express way for a straightforward drive. The house offers plenty of rooms for multiple guests, and was exactly as described in the photos and other reviews! They did a great job welcoming us, offered suggestions on other activities to do in the area while we were in town. Our two friends who stayed with us made good use of the kayaks as well for some lake boating. It was so peaceful we didn't run into any other families, even though there are plenty of surrounding houses - the view of the lake is absolutely beautiful and anyone wanting a private upstairs master suite will love this location! Chris and his co-hosts were also incredibly responsive, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely consider this as a place to stay during The Masters!

Perfectly situated for our family. Everyone had their own space, not cramped and not fighting for bathrooms or anything else.

This is our third time staying at this particular Airnbnb owned by Kevin. My son was a student at UofSC so we would stay here when visiting. Kevin always answered messages quickly and if I had any issues addressed them, allowed us an early check in when needed. But overall, each visit went smoothly. I always felt confident that he would never cancel on us as I would read about other Airnbnb hosts on the parent pages of being cancelled the week prior etc. This last visit was for my son graduation, so not sure if we will be back often but I do have a niece attending so will probably be back one more time. But overall great experience, location was good. Starbucks down the street, only 10 mins to get into downtown campus area etc. I reco this airbnb.

The Cozy Bungalow is a great place to stay if you are visiting the area. Its very spacious and as the name suggests Cozy. Very comfortable living room and functional kitchen to prepare meals. John & Pattie are very responsive with any questions. Definitely would stay again when in the area.

Palmer and Rayne were great! We enjoyed our stay very much and they communicated great with everything we needed. The place was just as the pictures showed and was clean! Conveniently located as well. We will be using them again!

The house was perfectly described and easy to find. Communication was excellent and pro-active which made the check-in smooth as silk. Parking was a little tight for a large 4 door pickup but not so much that it caused a problem. Great all around experience.

Patti was a lovely host, she was super flexible with my checkin and offered discounted rates after we checked in later than expected, she was very responsive when i messaged her.would definitely stay again

Host was very reachable. Place was clean and maintained. Family of 4 with our pets fit and didn’t feel cramped. Worth the stay and easy to get to anywhere locally.

Everything was perfect we had a family member graduating from army basics. The house was just far enough away to be quiet. It worked out perfect for our family to come visit and have lunch as well.

11/10!! Patty’s home felt like being at our own home - she truly thought of everything from extra toiletries, to snacks, comfy couch blankets, and even extra ziplock bags. The location was quiet, peaceful and perfect to spend time with our adult kids and fur-grand babies, and close enough to get to all of the activities in Columbia with a very short commute. Patty was extremely responsive both before and during our stay and was accommodating when an unexpected family emergency arose during our stay. The price was excellent not only for the value, but also given that we stayed over USC graduation weekend when hotel prices are tripled in the area. As frequent travelers across the country we have stayed at many wonderful AirBnBs, but this one tops the list for amenities, value, location and host qualities! We look forward to staying at Patty’s place again in the future!

Ellen and Arnold’s home was absolutely perfect for our family. The home was so charming and we felt immediately at home! From the welcome treats to the delightful sunroom, everything was wonderful. I highly recommend for a beautiful, cozy, and charming stay!
