The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

My home is ideally suited for a family with school age children, tourists, relocations. Soak up the wonderful spaces of this central and sunny character home. Private gardens, granite kitchen, great linen, airconditioning, just 5 minutes walk to shopping centre & lake, 10 minutes to the beach. Note that the house & grounds are for the private use of booked guests only & not suitable for infants, animals or events. The spa pool may or may not be working. We do our best!

This property is definitely not suitable for late night drinking parties after 10pm. Daytime and early evening events is ok.

You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.

This comfortable, sunny, and bright end-unit is the last in the row, with no neighbors on one side. The unit is in its original style that’s a bit dated, but it’s well cared for and offers a clean, tidy, and comfortably cozy stay. There’s a green space right next to the unit - a nice spot to relax and get some fresh air. It’s a calm and practical place, with basic kitchen and furnishing, well-suited for shorter stays.

A beautifully appointed 3 bedroom fully fenced house with 1 off street car park, a full bathroom and extra toilet and a laundry. Easy walking distance to Milford beach, Milford town centre, Takapuna, Smales farm, North Shore Hospital and the Tristram Ave and Northcote motorway on-ramps. Master suite has a super king bed, other rooms have a queen bed each, with one room also having a desk and chair.
