This house is right downtown and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the brewery, and 5 minutes from campus, movies, and grocery stores. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. Old Hardy Place home is situated on a pecan tree lined dirt road only 10 minutes from Statesboro and Georgia Southern University campus. 1 hour to Savannah and 1.5 hours to Augusta master’s. Also known as Oma’s, this house can comfortably sleep 5 people (additional charge for over 4 people) with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar. We also offer a fenced yard for your pet for an additional fee ($75)

The Bungalow On Pine is a cozy (pet-friendly) 2 bedroom 1 bath home with an open living/dining area and a completely fenced in yard. The bungalow is conveniently located on a quiet street in the historic district of Waynesboro. The Waynesboro City Park, Waynesboro Pond Park and the Burke County Museum are all within walking distance and downtown shops & restaurants are just minutes away. Augusta, home of the Masters, is only 30 miles away and Historic Savannah is less than 100 miles away.

Sarah's Cottage in the heart of Millen

On 2/28/23, the renovations on the 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage were completed. All rooms have been updated to add style and comfort. The home has refinished original hardwood floors in the bedrooms, and family room. The bathroom, hallway, kitchen and dining room has newly installed LVP flooring. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving dishes, keurig, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker.

The Wagon Barn Market close by has "ready to bake" casseroles. Augusta, 20 minutes away, hosts The Masters Golf Tournament in the spring, and has biking & hiking trails, kayaking, museums, and more. Walmart is 5 minutes away the other direction in Waynesboro.
