A self-contained apt right in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes. Close to Keuka College, parks, restaurants, museums, trails, wineries, and kayak/bike rentals. Room for boats/trailers. Self-check in with lock box Super clean, lower apartment features a private entrance. It has a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, convertible to two twins, upon request. The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

Lake view surrounding vineyards. Keep an eye on the sky while sitting on the porch and you may see a bald eagle. Don’t be surprised if a deer turkey. Fox etc wander through. No worries if there’s a power outage as all cabins have a backup generator that will turn on automatically.

Beautifully restored 1875 village home 2 blocks from Seneca Lake, in the heart of wine country. Our quaint village is centrally located on Seneca Lake where over 50 wineries/breweries await you. Keuka outlet trail is a few blocks away- use our bikes to explore gorgeous waterfalls and trails. Your spacious private suite has a separate entrance and porch all to yourself with mini frig,microwave and Keurig. along with an en suite bathroom. The Copper Barn next door has additional lodging.
