Modern Cozy Getaways makes old homes have cool vibes! Completely remodeled and tastefully furnished St. Paul cottage with a modern, warm, and serene vibe. We’ve restored this side by side duplex and preserved many of the original features from the1920’s. Our inspiration was the muted tones and minimalist comfort of a Mojave dessert villa with vintage and modern wicker, rattan, bamboo and gold furniture, lighting, and fixtures. Beautiful, cozy cottage located on owner's property. Surrounded by lakes (however not on one), world-class golf, towering pine trees and amazing restaurants and shopping. You will have the cottage to yourself. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed, also a full bath. The living room sofa pulls out to sleep two more. We are walking distance to Pequot Lakes, and just a 10 minute drive to Breezy Point or Nisswa for an amazing shopping experience. We welcome friendly, fully vetted dogs.

Our cottage is snuggled amongst recreational hotspots, walking distance to the beach, 2 miles from beautiful Afton MN (state park, downhill skiing), 4 miles from Hudson WI (shopping, dining, boat cruises, live music), 15 minutes from historic Stillwater. This small but comfortable home has amenities galore, is nestled on a double lot just 2 blocks from the river & 1 block away from a popular biking/walking trail. Sleeps 5 people comfortably. Unpaved driveway with ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Nestled in the beautiful bluff country of SE Mn. THE HIDING PLACE is the perfect cozy retreat when you want to relax, reconnect & recharge! This private cottage sits on a 43 acre property, has a King sz. bed, fireplace, kitchenette, large deck, fire pit and more! Enjoy the onsite wooded hiking trails, golf across the highway at Ferndale Golf Club, enjoy the SE Mn. biking trail or tube/canoe/kayak the Root River- both only 2 miles away. The Adventure Studio is like stepping into a treehouse that boasts stunning views and a cozy relaxing deck overlooking 200' of shoreline on a great fishing lake. Inside enjoy views from two full walls of windows, a skylight and vaulted ceilings. Well appointed kitchen for a several day stay. A fire pit, pedal boat, paddleboards, wooded acreage, a mile long nature hiking, biking trail and access to other adventures. All on a quiet tree lined road, perfect for peaceful strolls at sunset.

Enjoy a North Shore escape right on Lake Superior in our charming 1300SF waterfront cottage! Privacy abounds with over 7.5-acres featuring a babbling creek, winding path through towering trees, and over 200' of shoreline. Built in 1955, the cottage has been meticulously renovated, inside and out, to highlight original features and the exceptional surroundings. Take your pups swimming in the lake, enjoy a backyard bonfire, venture out for seasonal activities, or stay in and admire the views!

Directly next to the trailhead of the Cuyuna Lakes State Trail. Less than a minute walk to the trail, which includes a world-class mountain bike trail system. Only 1/2 mile away from the new Sagamore Unit! Conveniently located between Crosby & Brainerd - there are endless amounts of things to do nearby!

Sweet little cedar log cabin is 40 feet from Caribou lake. Full kitchen, bathroom with shower, cozy bed and living area, get a breeze off the lake in the summer, and enjoy in floor heat in the cold season. This year round cabin for two is the perfect place for a romantic get away. Swim, fish, hike, mountain bike in the summer, hunt in the fall, cross county ski the Suomi hills in the winter and mushroom hunt and fish in the spring. A great place to get away from it all.

Located ten miles from Cuyuna Country State Recreation's excellent single track mountain bike trails and many other lakes.
