Suite Cherry No. 1

Enjoy a private, main floor, three room suite with private off street parking and private entrance. No stairs to climb, just a ramp onto the deck entrance. You will have a living room with a couch, recliner, TV and small dining table. The bedroom has a full size bed and a well stocked kitchenette. The ensuite provides a closet, plenty of shelving, storage cabinet and a full bathroom with apartment size wash machine (no dryer). We'd be happy to share our back deck with you as well.

A wonderful lakeside getaway, with beautiful lake views from your suite and deck. Guest suite includes full kitchen, living room with fireplace, bedroom with attached full bath. Enjoy a private-entrance suite with abundant natural light in the quiet, residential Mac-Groveland neighborhood of St. Paul. This is the lower-level of my home, newly remodeled, with lots of space. You’ll have a large bedroom, a private bath, a private kitchenette, as well as a beautiful outdoor seating area! Suite is walking distance from Macalester College, and minutes from local universities, Xcel Center, Allianz Field, and downtown St. Paul. Off street parking.

Standish Suite

Our one bedroom garden level suite is a perfect home base as you explore the Twin Cities. Perfect location for exploring the city. Just a 7 minute walk to the lightrail and buses. And a 10-15 minutes drive to Mall of America, airport, the Armory, U.S. Bank Stadium, or downtown Minneapolis. Full living room, bedroom, bathroom, a mini kitchenette located in the laundry room, with free laundry. Guests have private entrance to the space and private parking.

Cozy, sunny, lower-level apartment. Top-tier neighborhood of historic mansions, great for walking, biking, running. Fully-equipped kitchenette with granite countertops, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances. Dedicated workspace and top-speed wifi. Extra room can serve as private 2nd bedroom with sofa bed pulled out. Shared laundry room but otherwise the place is yours alone with your own entrance. Note: this is a walkout basement apartment.
