Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept One bedroom, one bath lower level retreat. (Basement apartment). Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, small fenced side yard, patio and deck w/ seating.

Located within easy walking distance of downtown Missoula, the river-trail system, concerts at the Wilma or Top Hat, the Top Hat's Kettlehouse Amphitheater shuttle, or the University of Montana - and convenient to the Van Buren St. I-90 exchange.

You'll love this private retreat on E Pine St in the historic district adjacent to Missoula's downtown shopping area. The Wilma: 7 blocks, Missoula Art Museum 3 blocks, Grizzly Stadium and University of Montana: 8 blocks. The apartment features a well appointed gourmet kitchen if you're staying awhile or love to cook.

Maple Leaf Suite

Steve and Diane would love to welcome you to our home. You will have a separate entrance to the top floor consisting of two large bedrooms and a four piece bath. We offer a small fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee facilities. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We are a 25 minute walk to the Griz games and are willing to arrange a private shuttle service to the games if available. We do restrict on parties, pets and children under 10.

Nestled near the tranquil University District, this clean, comfortable & quiet basement guest suite offers a serene oasis within easy reach of all that Missoula has to offer. You're just a 30-minute leisurely stroll away from the picturesque Riverfront & the vibrant heart of downtown Missoula, where an array of dining, shopping & entertainment options await. The beautiful Pattee Canyon hiking and biking trails are merely a 5-minute drive away. Not suitable for families with young toddlers.

Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.
