WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.

My place is close to the airport and right off of interstate I-90.. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, and the family friendly neighborhood.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids),I live in the country so my WIFI is a MIFI JET PACK .. so it’s not perfect so if you need to work or depend on wifi it may not be a good fit unless you have unlimited WIFI . and as of 2022 i am no longer allowing pets.

My home is just 2 miles from Frontier Park and Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo. Guests stay in a sunny and western style 1,200 sq. ft. apartment and is in the basement of my home. There is a separate entrance on the east side with secure gate entrance and door code.
