Completely renoved apartment, suitable for a holiday stay of 2 - 8 persons. It is located in the vicinity of Tolmin, more precisely on Most na Soči, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment is modernly furnished. It has everything you need for a holiday stay, including bed linens and towels. The apartment has a large kitchen and dining area, bathroom with toilet, large bedroom and a living room that serves as a sleeping - living area. There are also TV and free Wi-Fi in the apartment.

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

Po jezeru je možna vožnja z Ladjo Lucija, ogled izkopanin na Mostu na Soči, ter vožnja z muzejskim vlakom. V bližini se nahajata tudi smučišči Cerkno in Kanin. Pohodnikom pa so na voljo lažje in bolj zahtevne ture.

This newly renovated tiny house offers you a quite, private, and beautiful place above the village of Modrejce, with a walking distance of 5 minutes to the Soča river. We renovated the old mill in a Permacultural way, still very exclusive and with great attention to detail. The house is located a bit above the village and gives you not only lots of privacy but also a great view on the river and the surrounding mountains.
