Proponiamo ai nostri ospiti un appartamentino a Pari, un grazioso borgo nel cuore della Toscana, nei pressi delle Terme di Petriolo e a metà strada tra Siena e il mare, raggiungibili in circa mezz'ora. Completamente e recentemente ristrutturato, si compone di cucina, ampia camera da letto, bagno, spazio relax all'aperto con tavolo. Dotato di aria condizionata e ogni tipo di comfort, é ieale per 2/3 persone, in cucina è presente un letto singolo. Piscina privata in condivisione con altri ospiti.

Un antico casale con piscina immerso nella campagna umbra e ristrutturato in bioedilizia: tutta la casa è coibentata in modo naturale e per metà è costruita in legno e balle di paglia. Una casa confortevole, sana, naturalmente fresca d’estate e calda d'inverno, ideale per riposare o lavorare all'interno o fuori all’ombra delle querce. Punto di partenza per visitare città e paesi o per immergersi nella natura, per vagare a piedi, in bici o a cavallo nelle dolci colline che ci circondano.

Rilassante per godersi le vacanze al mare e strategico per visitare la costa e l’entroterra. La spiaggia, attrezzata e libera, si raggiunge anche a piedi o con le bici. I principali centri di riferimento dove si trovano tutti i servizi sono: Capalbio Scalo, distante 5 minuti in auto ed Orbetello a soli 10 minuti.

The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. Combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. Air conditioner is available. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15 minute along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.

Immerso nel verde degli ulivi , completamente recintato per i nostri amici a 4 zampe e facile accesso alla spiaggia privata. Stanze arredate in stile shabby, per rendere unico il vostro soggiorno, cucina attrezzata. Per offrire il meglio ai nostri ospiti mettiamo a disposizione lettini in spiaggia gratuiti e colazione. Idromassaggio esterno a richiesta con supplemento da pagare in loco.

La mandriola è la nostra dependance, un vero nido accogliente e affascinante, ristrutturata ed arredata in stile rustico umbro-toscano. Dispone di un ambiente unico pranzo-cucina con caminetto e divano, un'ampia camera da letto con letto a baldacchino, bagno con doccia e lavatrice e un comodo soppalco con letto matrimoniale. Il tutto incastonato in un grande giardino con terrazze panoramiche. Novità 2021: grande jacuzzi privata e casetta sull’ albero per i piccolini!
