This is a fully renovated 1 bedroom back house on the quiet hilltop. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-10 mins drive. Most appliances are new. Two 55" 4K TVs in the unit. The brand-new kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, and island counter. The Central AC throughout the house. The house is gated with free parking. The washer and dryer are in the backyard and free to use. It's about 14 miles to LA downtown, 22 miles to Universal Studio, and 26 miles to Disneyland.

Quiet and cozy standalone guesthouse with private entrance and self check-in. No contact with other guests, no spaces are shared — everything is entirely for your private use. Features a queen-size bed ideal for couples, an additional sofa bed can be provided for the third guest to sleep on. A/C and heating, work desk, fan, and smoke detector. Enjoy a private kitchen for light cooking, a walk-in shower, and blackout curtains for restful sleep. Large windows provide plenty of natural light.

It is a few blocks away from the busy commercial street with lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Private entrance, self check in. Free street parking provided. Please note: there is another completely separate guest room with separate entrance next to this room. If you are extremely sensitive/allergic to noise, this may not be the best option for you.
