Welcome to Agnes Water Views. Sitting on one of the highest points in Agnes Water, enjoy BOTH sunrise and sunset from Agnes to 1770 & Bustard Heads from the 13m long verandah. Open to guests for the first time September 2021, our lovingly restored cottage has been finished with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the quiet bush block with native animals aplenty. While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

The Hideaway is a perfect place to get away from the distraction of your everyday life. The Hideaway is a great opportunity to reconnect with nature in a pet friendly environment with all the comforts of home. An abundance of wildlife with beautiful creek systems which run throughout the year, suitable for swimming. Adjoining Dawes National Park in the upper Boyne Valley. Located in close proximity with the Boyne Valley Rail Trail, Historical Chimneys, Chinaman gardens and Rail tunnels.

Very private holiday house on 154 acres Approximately 1.3 km of Bottle Creek frontage. Fantastic fishing, crabbing and prawning from the block. Fully self-contained holiday house. Gentle slope from the house to the creek, watch your rod from the Patio. The 53 acre site boasts 1.3 klm of saltwater tidal creek frontage with wildlife including kangaroos and beautiful burdekin ducks. Try your luck at some shore based fishing or crabbing, however if you have a boat a council maintained boat ramp is only 600 mtrs away! Explore Rules Beach and Deepwater National Park or simply just chill out on the block.

Set on 300 acres of rolling hills this charming Barn has been lovingly restored, complete with modern appliances to ensure your comfort. Queen & 2 king single beds. Farm views out the windows & a beautiful kitchen. Kick back & relax on large leather couches, read a book, watching TV or play board-games. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is close enough to walk to shops (700m) and famous Agnes Water surf beach (<1k) but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the verandah and a good book. Mac,and Gaynor , invite you to stay at the cabin overlooking the "Billabong" in our private bush acreage. You can meet our resident families of kangaroos and wallabys, also all the birds. Relax on the deck while you plan your next adventure. For you boaties, we have a parking area for your trailer boat, and a few hot offshore marks. the Billabong has a dog friendly area. The Billabong is not suitable for infants, toddlers or children.
