This suite is detached from the main house and has a separate entrance, privacy and parking space. The main house is listed separately and also listed as a combination of the two spaces on Airbnb. Tilted Rooster Ranch Guest House

Relax & unwind in this beautiful country setting in the heart of sweetcorn country. Just 5 minutes from the airport & 10 minutes from downtown. This quaint guest house is completely separate from the main home and you can take in gorgeous Colorado sunrises and sunsets as you sit outside. There is a queen size bed and a twin bed, a small kitchen that has a breakfast bar, fridge, microwave, air fryer, 2 burner stove top, toaster and coffee maker. No pets and no smoking allowed.

Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024.
