Wonderful view of the Bay from your private balcony - everything you need for a relaxing stay - fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, separate laundry, 2 bedrooms, study nook, air conditioned, 1 bathroom with lux bath. Large flat screen TV with Netflix, Foxtel, Britbox, Disney, Sports and an extra TV in bedroom. Across the road from the beach. Unit is on the first floor, 2 flights of steps with 8 steps in each flight. Garage is very skinny! Large 4-wheel drive vehicle won't fit I'm sorry!

The Warragi complex consists of five luxury townhouses perched high on the hill overlooking the Coral Sea. The elevated position (entering from Pratt Court), provides unobstructed panoramic ocean views, spanning from Moreton Island to Cylinder Beach.
