Stay with us in beautiful Deborah Bay on our 7 acres lifestyle block.We are 64 meters up on the hill, the view is very nice. Our sleepout is a small but new, warm, well insulated 1 bedroom unit. We have the biggest, most comfortable bed ever. We offer a super king size mattress with freshly washed linen, dried by the southern wind. No kitchen, only a microwave, toaster and a fridge. Great quality bikes are available for rent. Only 18mins from Dunedin and 3 mins from caffees and shops.

The Lookout

The Lookout is a luxurious self contained small house with wonderful harbour views and a rural back drop. Only 18 mins from Dunedin and 2 mins from Port Chalmers cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs. The Lookout has an open living space including the kitchen. A compact bathroom and mezzanine bedroom with breathtaking views. The setting of this cottage includes one bedroom, one living room which is opened to the glass house. , The semi-outdoor kitchen, toilet and shower are all in green house. A large living area with a big deck which gives you the feeling of relaxing in an organic orchard garden.

Three minutes drive takes you to historical and quirky Port Chalmers with its many pubs, cafes and galleries. Less than a kilometer away from the cottage is the start of a track through native bush to the top of Mount Cargill with panoramic views of the Otago Harbour. The newly renovated cottage is warm, sunny, cosy and comfortable.

If you love being surrounded by nature but also desire proximity to town, this is the place for you! The tui retreat is a quiet and serene space surrounded by native bush and bird life. You’ll stay in the sleepout, which is a brand new, fully insulated, space which is fully detached from the main house. It has a queen bed (linen and electric blanket provided), it’s own private bathroom, mini fridge, table and chairs, and tea/coffee making facilities.
