The studio is located very conveniently in central Auckland making it easy to go everywhere. 2 min walk from bus stops, 20min walk from the train station, and 15mins drive to airport and CBD.

The location provides easy access to the Auckland CBD via Inner Link bus, train, taxi or on foot. It is only a short walk to both Newmarket and Parnell shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries as well as the Domain and Museum, Auckland Hospital and the Cathedral. Peaceful and cosy ground floor apartment in private home with own garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has it's own separate enterance and is totally separate from our living. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.
