Plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchenette is very small but functional, with fridge, toaster, microwave, rice cooker and electric fry pan (no cooker). It's a short walk to the supermarket at Pt Chev shopping centre , and an easy walk to the Zoo, Motat and Western Springs Park. Not far to lovely little Pt Chev beach.

Quiet and Fresh Private Space in Epsom

This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

This contemporary studio apartment is located in Royal Oak, midway between Auckland Airport and the central city. Beautiful Cornwall Park and Maungakiekie mountain are at one end of the street. Formerly a studio for the artist/owner this is now a cosy space with the artist's work on display and available for purchase. Underfloor heating and heated towel rail will keep you cosy in winter. Within walking easy distance to bus routes to the city, cafes, shopping mall, banks, restaurants etc.

The space is a converted garage attached to the house with a private entrance, with a small ensuite bathroom. Free onsite parking is available for one car outside the room. The room has a comfortable double bed, and a small fridge with tea & coffee making facilities. There is a also a Smart TV w Netflix, and TVNZ+ Note, building work has started on the section next door to us which may result in some building/construction noise during the week.Please take this into account when booking

Self contained private studio in central Parnell. The room has a super king bed or can be split to two singles (by request). Open the french doors & enjoy the view from the balcony towards the City & Sky Tower. A short stroll to Parnell Road, Museum, Rose Gardens, Judges Bay & easy local transport. Peaceful and cosy ground floor apartment in private home with own garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has it's own separate enterance and is totally separate from our living. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.
