If you're not familiar with this area the dams failed in 2020 but there is still a ton to enjoy on the property and the surrounding area. (Launch is about a block away) 30-35 minutes from major cities-Cadillac, Clare, Mt. pleasant - Very clean, sweet little family-owned cottage- time to unwind and reconnect.

Nestled in a small cove on a big lake, this charming lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge and includes an 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and dock from May through October (weather permitting). It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.
