We designed this studio specifically for visitors who want the ease and security of a private entrance, the warmth (or coolness) of radiant-floor temperature control, and comfort. You will have full reign of the top (street)level of the home. Host lives downstairs in the sun basement. You are the only ones who will enter through the front door, and you’ll have a reserved parking space in the double driveway. Your private space includes a double queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a jetted bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room with wood burning fireplace and stunning views, a full laundry room, a wrap around deck with outdoor table and chairs.

Our house is centrally located with dozens of restaurants, bars and coffee shops just a short walk away!
