Top House - unrivalled views and privacy

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Woolleys Retreat

Woolleys Retreat embodies down-to-earth luxury, immersed in the natural beauty of the Tutukaka coastline. Breaking with the traditional premises of what a beach house can be, it offers the best of both worlds — sweeping ocean views across Woolleys Bay, as well as direct beach access via a private pathway. Thoughtfully designed, the property features a 'Stoked Stainless' hot tub, three spacious living areas, seamless indoor–outdoor flow, and every modern convenience.

Traditional kiwi bach right on the beach at Moureeses Bay, Northland. Perfect place to get away from the city and switch off from technology. Surrounded by pohutukawa trees and flax bushes, for privacy and great bird-life. The beach is safe for swimming, rock pooling, kayaking, paddle-boarding and has a surf break at the southern end of the beach.

We have a new modern two bedroom home with amazing views out to The Poor Knights Islands and over looking Dolphin Bay.There are many beautiful bays and interesting bush walks all within 10 minutes travel of our property.The Tutukaka Marina is a 5 minute drive where there are resturants and local shops.

The beach hut

Absolute waterfront property with privacy. The hut sits close to the edge of this white sandy beach. Enjoy spectacular views in a private setting. A perfect place for safe swimming, fishing off the rocks, snorkeling, kayaking or relaxing. Our property encompasses the whole of this beach.
