It was built in the early 60's and has had a big transformation! While keeping its unique charm. I love saving and restoring older places and this was a fun project!

ALSO: Just a half mile from John C. Campbell Folk School!! Clean, comfortable and a great value for students taking classes. Close to hiking, Nanathala forest and several creeks and rivers., There is NO internet, or TV to speak of, but there are a number of dvd's to enjoy. Jonny
