Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. Ski right out the front door of this stylish apartment in the heart of Hotham village and to the top of the Village chairlift. Excellent walking and mountain bike riding are at your doorstep or just relax at the hut and enjoy the garden, pool and sauna. In the heart of the Goldfields region there is plenty to explore including outdoor activities, the arts, festivals, historical sites and great cafes, restaurants and wineries.

Studio - HeartStone Hill

A beautiful private studio in a peaceful elevated bush setting only a few minutes drive from town. Close to The Mill, the Botanical Gardens and the centre of town. It is styled with quirky vintage finds from the area and a super comfortable king size bed with beautiful bedding including pillow top and an ensuite bathroom. The 2.5 acre property is inclusive of the main house where we reside, the pool side area and the studio.
