This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

Iz sobe se izlazi na balkon sa vrtnim namještajem i pogledom na vrt. Najbliza trgovina se nalazi na svega 10m udaljenosti a grad na 5min lagane šetnje uz more. At the entrance to the city in a very quiet environment is our charming stone house surrounded by a large garden where you will have peace and privacy, and in just a few minutes drive you will be on the beach or downtown. One of the great restaurants is nearby. The house is spacious with a large veranda where you will enjoy overlooking the beautiful garden. In the house you have everything that will allow you a pleasant stay.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. Our apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood a ten-minute walk to the beach and a twenty-minute walk to the town. We are close to bike and walking trails. There is a small playground and bakery down the street from and a mini-market next door. Bigger supermarkets are a three-minute drive from the house.
