Beachwood Cottage - Walk to Lake MI - New Remodel

Beachwood Cottage is perfectly situated on the peninsula between the lakes. Take a 10 min walk to a wide Lake MI beach, or ride our 6 BIKES to Pere Marquette, the Deck, or along the gorgeous Muskegon Lakeside trail. Relax in the privacy of the backyard for coffee in the morning and campfires at night. Basement is set up for fun and games with regulation ping pong, darts, bar and 50" TV. Beach towels, chairs, and sand toys provided! Fully updated throughout with new beds, furniture and decor.

The Hillside Cottage | A Curated Retreat

The Hillside Cottage is a curated space to reset, reflect, and unwind. A place to spend your days strolling the beach, fishing along the pier, sipping craft beer, or enjoying a meal at one of the many great local restaurants. Located just blocks off the water, our 1920s era cottage is nestled within the historic Lakeside neighborhood of Muskegon. A quick walk to grab ice cream, and just a bit further to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Best of all, the beach is just a five minute drive away.

Lakefront Cottage at water's edge w/free Pontoon

Welcome to Swan Cottage. Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage was completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon, 2 kayaks and paddle boat plus private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting). Swan Cottage is also very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

Our property backs up to the lovely new Dune Harbor Park. You'll have foot access to our private Lake Michigan beach and the Dune Harbor trails, all while being 15 mins away from both downtown Grand Haven & Muskegon.

Welcome to our cottage! We are located directly on the Muskegon River in Newaygo Michigan. The Muskegon River is known for its great fishing. You can fish right out front of the cottage or bring your own river boat and keep it at our dock. Kayak and tube rentals are available in town. Enjoy the intimate feel of the cottage with cozy rooms and a fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy eating in. Downtown Newaygo has many restaurants and shopping if you want to venture out.

Forest Avenue Bungalow

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

This cozy cottage is nestled in a wooded area close to Lake Macatawa & Lake Michigan. It’s just 2.6 miles to beautiful Ottawa Beach at Holland State Park. View the surrounding trees from the balconies & deck, play arcade games, pool, & foosball in the game room, or explore things to do nearby. You can go to the beach, shop, hike nature preserves, or just relax at home in the cottage. For shopping & dining, picturesque downtown Holland is just a 4.8 mile drive.

Welcome to the Loon's Nest, a renovated bungalow & bunkhouse on 2 large lots w/private beach & expansive views of Lake Wabasis. Plus a pond in the woods out back that's filled year-round w/wildlife. Additionally, guests get the FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock from May through October. Lake Wabasis is about 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. And excellent fishing all year long.
