Rilassati e ricaricati in quest'oasi di quiete ed eleganza. La proprietà è una porzione di un antico casale di fine 800, immerso all'interno del parco archeologico della Valle dei templi. La dimora è stata oggetto di una ristrutturazione durata cinque anni, mantenendo tutte le caratteristiche architettoniche sia all'interno che all'esterno, con muri faccia vista e archi in tufo. All'esterno si può usufruire di tre posti auto. La casa gode di una spettacolare esposizione sia a sud che a nord.

Intima e piena di luce (esposta ad Est), con un'affascinante terrazza ed una incredibile vista sulla città, sul castello e sui tetti di Cammarata, dove è possibile scorgere , sullo sfondo, nelle giornate più nitide, la sommità del maestoso vulcano Etna.  La casa è dotata di tutti i confort necessari per un piacevole e comodo soggiorno.
