Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

A rustic unique Tree House on the Black River was designed for adults only who are looking to be off the grid and connect with Mother Nature...Glamping at its best! The very private Tree House is perched on a hill overlooking the peaceful river. The quaint seven sided treehouse has five sides of glass and screens to view the river. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

There is are two bedrooms with a queen and a full size bed. Both couches recline (4).
